Each new Pawfit customer that activates their Pawfit tracker using a unique referral code from an existing Pawfit customer will receive a 2-month free subscription. Once the referred friend renews their subscription after the free period ends, the Referrer will receive either a 2-month free subscription or a £7 gift voucher for Amazon. A customer can refer an unlimited number of friends and receive a maximum of 6 gift vouchers for successful referrals.
Referred Customers
- Must have purchased a brand new Pawfit tracker from one of our authorised channels.
- Must be new to Pawfit (cannot have an account with active paid or gifted subscription).
- Must use a referral code to activate their new Pawfit tracker to claim the free subscription (cannot redeem free subscription if the Pawfit has already been activated or subscribed).
- Can become referrers.
Referrers
- must have an active Pawfit account with at least one activated Pawfit tracker registered to it.
- must have an active paid subscription for 14 days or more.
- the Referred Customer must have a Pawfit account with at least one activated subscription Pawfit tracker registered to it.
- the Referred Customer must have used the referral code to activate their Pawfit and successfully renewed their subscription after the free period ends.
- the Referred Customer must have kept the paid subscription for 14 days or more.
- The Referred Customer and the Referrer are the same person (for example, by using a different email address for their Pawfit account).
- The Referrer has claimed all 6 prizes.
- Referrer returns their Pawfit tracker, cancels their subscription, or does not renew it after the current plan expires by the time of claiming the prizes.
- The Referrer no longer has an active Pawfit tracker registered to their Pawfit account.
- The Referred Customer is not new to Pawfit and is not eligible as a valid referral.
Rewards
Rewards may not be combined with other offers, transferred, or redeemed for cash. The Referrer will receive a notification through the Pawfit App and an email when the reward is ready to claim.
General
All participants must comply with the Pawfit terms and policies and the terms and policies of any social media site where a referral code is posted/used. Referral codes are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes such as affiliate programmes. Pawfit reserves the right to cancel the Pawfit Pals Referral Program or to change these Program Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
