If you are not satisfied with your tracker or accessories purchase, you have 30 days to return your product back to us for a full refund. To start your refund request, please contact our customer service team via email at support@pawfit.com.
We currently offers free returns for all customers shopping from the UK, USA and Germany. UK customers will be sent a FREEPOST address to post their items back to us and US and German customers will be sent a returns label.
Customers outside of these areas will need to cover the cost of their returns themselves.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of items which were not bought directly from our website or Amazon. Please contact the store you made your purchase from directly to request a refund.
All subscription purchases come with a 14-day cooling off period.
For subscription purchases made via the Pawfit app, you can request a refund during the cooling off period within the Pawfit app.
For subscription purchases made via the website, please contact customer support via email at support@pawfit.com.
After the 14-day cooling off period has passed, 60% of the remaining subscription credits can be refunded. Please email support@pawfit.com for assistance.
