What is the difference between Pawfit 3 and Pawfit 3s? +

The main difference between Pawfit 3 and Pawfit 3s is the way they send and receive location updates. Pawfit 3 uses the standard 4G network and Pawfit 3s uses the LTE-M and the NB-IoT networks which are branches of the 4G network. Pawfit 3s also has WiFi communication and a battery life of up to 30 days. Please click here for more details.

Will Pawfit 3s work in my area? +

Pawfit 3s uses both the Vodafone and O2 LTE-M networks which are both rapidly expanding their network coverage but do have some black spots. Before purchasing, we strongly recommend checking the network coverage in your area.

What is Pawfit 3s tracking range? +

Thanks to the built-in sim card, all Pawfit trackers have an unlimited tracking range meaning no matter how far apart you and your pet are, you’ll be able to see their location via the Pawfit app.

Can I share this tracker with my family? +

You can share your pet’s tracker with up to 10 family members and friends using the Pawfit Family Pet Care Feature. This will allow them to see your pet’s location, track them live, and monitor their activity but does not give them permission to change any personal details or settings.
