We currently dispatch orders to the UK and Europe. For deliveries to other countries and alternative delivery options, please contact support@pawfit.com for assistance. This page will display what day to expect your order for each delivery option and this will change depending on the time of day you look at it for the options available (and the cut-off times for each day).

  Royal Mail Tracked 24, Free

* Order before 1pm Mon-Fri for delivery Next day (exclude English Bank Holidays).
* Orders placed on Fri after 1pm, Sat or Sun will arrive Tuesday.

  DPD Next Day: £4.49 (Weekdays only)

* Order received before 1PM on working day will be delivered in the next working day.


Please note the following

We do not deliver on Sundays or English Bank Holidays.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) – therefore any orders placed after the relevant cut-off time on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class requires a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery. Deliveries that require a signature will not be left if a signature cannot be obtained. If the carrier leaves the delivery with a neighbour or at your local post office, they will leave a card for you telling you where it is.

Where a signature is given by someone other than you or the parcel is left at your local post office, the order will be treated as having been delivered.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Tracking your order

We will send you an email at each stage of the process, i.e. when the order is placed and when the order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your order by using the link in the dispatch email. You will also be able to track your order by visiting Your Account, signing in and clicking on Order History.
