So, we decided it was time to thank our customers for their loyalty with the new Pawfit Pals Referral Programme

Now, every time you refer Pawfit to your friends and family, they’ll receive a subscription voucher and you’ll be rewarded too!

Even better, your referred friends will be able to get 10% off their new Pawfit devices for the rest of 2020!

How it works

To start using the Pawfit Pals Referral Programme, you’ll need to update to the newest version of the Pawfit app. This update is being rolled out to Pawfit customers from today, so keep an eye on your app store for the update going live.

Each Pawfit customer has a unique referral code which can be found in the Pawfit App on the Profile page.

This code can be easily shared with friends and family who want to buy a Pawfit 2.

Once your friend has purchased their new Pawfit 2, they can enter the referral code during the Pawfit subscription set up process to claim 2-months free subscription.

When your referred friend renews their Pawfit subscription after their free period ends, you will receive either a 2-month subscription or a £7 gift voucher for Amazon.

Best of all, you can refer Pawfit to an unlimited number of friends and claim up to 6 referral rewards.

The finer details

Like with most things in life, there are some T&Cs:

To claim a 2-month subscription, your referred friend must be a NEW Pawfit customer and use the referral code when they ACTIVATE their new Pawfit 2.
The referral offer cannot be claimed by someone who is already a Pawfit customer and cannot be used on Pawfit devices that have already been activated or that have an active subscription.
To refer a friend, you need to have had an active Pawfit subscription for 14 days or more.
You will be able to receive your reward once your referred friend renews their subscription for a period of 14 days or more.
