What you need to do is to de-activate the current device from your pet first, then activate the
new one to him/her profile.
To de-activate your old device, please open the Pawfit App and navigate to ‘Profile->Your
pet’s profile->Advanced settings->Device ID’ and press the ‘Remove’ button. Once the old
device is removed, you can tap the scan button to scan the device ID printed on the back of the
new device to activate it.
Please note for security reason, the tracker must be turned on and connected to a 2G network before it can be activated and registered to your Pawfit account. To tell if the device is online or not, please press the power button about 30-60 seconds after the device is turned on. If the LED flashes blue it indicates it is connected, red means offline.
