Cross Fit Training Fitness Classes
*Elements Classes are true CrossFit Group Classes, with warmup, skills instruction, constantly varied workouts, and cool down. The movements and workout programming are simplified in nature to be accessible by a beginner, yet challenging regardless of your experience. Additional time is taken to work on movement mechanics and the groups tend to be smaller. Instructors will take extra time to modify movements as needed–workouts can be scaled to be easier, or much harder based on your physical preparedness. This is a great way to transition between your initial Orientation Program and our intermediate/advanced CrossFit Classes.
Our programs include workout programming, exercise instruction and coaching. Monthly dues vary based on program length and visits per week, so please inquire about pricing. Discounts are available for students, first responders, and additional family members. We offer a free introductory workout so you can try us out risk free. Strongman classes are capped at 10 participants and utilize various specialty equipment such as the “Yoke”, “Log”, Stones, and Kegs.
Personal Training, Skills Sessions, Semi-Private Training, and Nutrition Consultation:
Our personal training staff are some of the best in the area. Your training is tailored to your needs and your goals to ensure you get the best results. More than just “pin-setters” and “rep-counters”, we teach you valuable skills, expertly modify movements and workouts based on injuries and past-medical history, encourage and motivate, and develop valuable relationships. In addition to personal training as a standalone service, we also offer private skills sessions at a discount for current CrossFit P.A.W. members. Contact Us for more information or to schedule your consultation.
Seminars, Clinics, and Workshops:
We schedule clinics, workshops, and other special events intermittently. Topics may include olympic weightlifting, running technique, combatives, gymnastics, and various nutrition topics. Usually they will take place on a Saturday in place of the Saturday workout. These clinics or workshops are generally free to our members or are available at a substantial discount.
