Cross Fit Training Fitness Classes
Sunday: Closed for rest and relaxation. Go play outside!
*Elements Classes are true CrossFit, simplified in nature to be accessible by a beginner, yet challenging regardless of your experience. Additional time is taken to work on movement mechanics and the groups tend to be smaller. Instructors will take extra time to modify movements as needed, workouts can be scaled to be easier, or much harder based on your physical preparedness. This is a great way to transition between your initial orientation program and our intermediate/advanced CrossFit Classes.
We offer several CrossFit program options based on visits per week and overall program length–with our average membership being about 130 per month. Discounts are available for students, first responders, and additional family members. We offer a free introductory workout so you can try us out and get a better feel for the program and what we offer before making any decisions. Click here to set up your free introduction to CrossFit.
Strongman classes are capped at 10 participants and utilize various specialty equipment such as the “Yoke”, “Log”, Stones, and Kegs.
Strongman programs are billed separately from our CrossFit programs. First class is free for members, additional classes are $10 per class for CrossFit members, $25 for non-member drop-ins. Punch cards are also available for a discount on the drop-in rate.
After your free introductory workout, each person is required to complete our 5 session semi-private orientation prior to joining our intermediate/advanced CrossFit Classes. Throughout your orientation, you will be introduced to more than 30 of our fundamental movements, warmup techniques, and flexibility exercises with a high level of attention to your individual fitness level and background. Each day will finish with a workout modified to your fitness level to help acclimatize to the intensity of our main CrossFit classes. We will also discuss nutrition best practices for greater success with your health and performance goals. After fast track you may do well in our intermediate/advanced CrossFit classes, or you may prefer to attend Elements classes as you learn better and better movement. Your coach will help you decide what is best for you.
Fast track is $119 for your 5 semi-private sessions. 25% discount available for additional family members who sign up together. More information on your introductory CrossFit strength courses is available here. Contact Us if you would like more information on how the process works.
Personal Training, Skills Sessions, Semi-Private Training, and Nutrition Consultation:
Our staff are some of the best in the area. Personal training is tailored to your needs and your goals. More than just “pin-setters” and “rep-counters”, we teach you valuable skills, expertly modify movements and workouts based on injuries and past-medical history, encourage and motivate, and develop valuable relationships. Personal training is available as a standalone service. Private skills sessions are available a la carte at a discount to existing CrossFit members. Contact Us for more information or to schedule your consultation.
Seminars, Clinics, and Workshops:
We schedule clinics, workshops, and other special events intermittently. Topics may include olympic weightlifting, running technique, combatives, gymnastics, and various nutrition topics. Usually they will take place on a Saturday in place of the Saturday workout. These clinics or workshops are generally free to our members or are available at a substantial discount.
