Our staff are highly experienced and qualified.  When you train at CrossFit P.A.W. you will work with Nutrition and Exercise Graduates, a former College Football Player and Powerlifter, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, one of only six Board Certified Sports Dietitians in the state of Oregon, and a five time MMA Champion and 2011 Amateur Fighter of the Year.  We hold experience in numerous other CrossFit specialties such as CrossFit Endurance, CrossFit FootBall, and Olympic Weightlifting.  Most importantly, our coaches are passionate about coaching and love to see you happy.
