Our staff are among the best trained coaches in the Northwest. When you train at CrossFit P.A.W. you will work with Nutrition and Exercise Graduates, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, one of only six Board Certified Sports Dietitians in the state of Oregon, CrossFit Competitors, and a five time MMA Champion and 2011 Amateur Fighter of the Year. We hold experience in numerous other CrossFit specialties including CrossFit Competitors, Endurance, CrossFit FootBall, Strongman, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and more. Most importantly, our coaches are passionate about coaching and love to see you thrilled about your progress.

Trying us out is easy. We have beginners level classes and your first workout is free. One of our coaches will guide you through your first day and make you feel at home.
